2025 Shop Managers Workshop

hosted by DEEP ROOTS CRAFTSMEN in FORT COLLINS, CO

Whether your shop is large or small you will find plenty of new information that your shop manager or shop lead will gain from their time spent with the crew at Deep Roots Craftsmen. Conversations will be led by Deep Roots staff and owner on lessons they have learned and how to manage the shop more effectively and efficiently from the perspective of the shop manager or team lead

What's included:

• Breakfast and lunch (please make a note on registration form of dietary restrictions)

• Thursday night pre-event mixer (included in registration cost)

• Friday evening post-event dinner (at your own expense)

Workshop topics:  

• Utilizing space in laying out your shop

• Shop safety measures

• Coordination between shop and field staff

• Time to ask your shop specific questions and have group discussion

Schedule: 

Thursday Happy Hour:

Join us for a pre-event networking mixer at 5pm on Thursday, May 1st at TBA. Participants can unwind from their travels and swap stories while enjoying some local light bites provided by the WPA.

Friday Workshop:  

Registration & Breakfast from 8am - 8:30am

Workshop from 8:30am - 5pm  

Friday Dinner:

After we finish our official workshop, anyone who is interested can join us at a local restaurant that will be shared on Friday at 6 pm to continue to network and talk shop over dinner. This is optional at your own expense. 

Registration:

This event is open to non-owner shop managers and solo shop owners only to provide a safe space to discuss challenges related to managing a shop from the employee perspective.

Registration is limited to WPA members or employees of a WPA member company.
