This year’s Annual Shop Managers Workshop is hosted by Double-Hung Windows in Greensboro, North Carolina!
Double Hung uses Lean Methodology principles to continuously improve their process. Whether your shop is large or small you will find plenty of new information that you can use from your time spent with the crew at Double Hung.
Attendees will focus on learning more about one piece production flow and lead safety from the perspective of a non-certified worker.
A pre-event networking mixer starts at 5pm on Thursday, May 2nd at Steel Hands Brewing. Participants can unwind from their travels and swap stories while enjoying some local light bites provided by the WPA.
Plan for programming all day Friday. If you have time to stay though Saturday, the Hoggard family has extended an invitation to all attendees to join them at their annual Kentucky Derby party on Saturday, May 3rd. More details will be provided to attendees on Friday.
Registration for this event is open to non-owner shop managers and solo shop owners only to provide a safe space to discuss challenges related to managing a shop from the employee perspective.
