Want to build your restoration capacity by growing your team? Join us for a collaborative and discussion-based workshop designed for shop managers and owner-managers. We ask participants to be ready to share their current processes, what works and what doesn't, their goals for growth, and to come with questions. Lida Gilbertson, shop manager with 4 years of window restoration management experience, will lead the workshop. Come learn from our mistakes!

Topic we'll cover include:

• Building a team and hiring right
• Supporting skill development with a production pace
• Quality control and consistency across team members
• Workflow and time management
• How to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures

The Hayes Window Restoration shop is located in south Minneapolis, just a 10 minute drive north of the MSP airport with a light rail transit station across the street. There are many hotels near the airport and some Airbnb options in the surrounding neighborhoods that are walking distance or a short light rail ride away.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
