I founded Historic Design Consulting 2007 and offer both hands-on restoration as well as consulting services. I have a B.A. and M.A. in History with a certificate in Historic Preservation. I have a particular interest in the 19th century building trades and do much of my restoration work using authentic, 19th century hand tools, materials and techniques. Hand-on services include window restoration and restoration carpentry, plaster, historic finishes and masonry.
